Returns/Refunds

Eligible returns of products purchased on Austerus.com must be made by mail 15 days from date of purchase in accordance to the guidelines shown below.

• All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie products the underwear protection, when provided must be intact. No exceptions will be accepted.

Mailing requirements are as follows:

• Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

• Print and include the invoice received in your shipping confirmation email.

• Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.

• Ship all items you wish to return to the Austerus address listed on our contact us page.

• Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

At this time Austerus will not be accepting exchanges due to the on going pandemic. We suggest returning the item(s) you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions and guidelines listed above and placing a new order. We thank you for understanding.
